Description

A large 2-4 person tent has been set up, after dark on the Terrazas Library parking lot. This gentleman stayed in the lot until the sun went down and the set up his tent. He started putting up his tent at 9:25. The APD team has done a brilliant job helping clear this library. We can’t step back.
