Description

Cars always blocking sidewalk at 2003 Northridge Dr. Resident parks two cars daily in the sidewalk. Has been consistently blocking the sidewalk for at least a year. Blocking elderly person in wheelchair from safe passage to library nearby. Address is inaccurate in geo-located photo.
