- unauthorized work on private property by utility company - I am reporting unpermitted, unauthorized excavation on private property by a contractor - permit (2026-037998 EX).They are operating outside of the public right-of-way and have caused property damage. They tunneled across my entire front yard on private property. They tunneled where gas line is buried and I'm concerned they damaged it.
