Summary: location is along street's sidewalk and not Pard trail, also box is communication so not electrical Details: cabinet is on west Cesar Chavez st infront of stoplight, is some sort of old communication wiring so not an electrical hazard, not pard owned equipment, not on pard property, and a cursory check on google maps shows the box has existed in this state at least since May 2024 but most likely much earlier.
