Future Work Scheduled - Close SR. Summary: Investigation Response
Details: I contacted the property management company responsible for maintenance. The maintenance contractor called and informed me that the pond is maintained monthly. They had not yet done the maintenance for June but it is scheduled. He said that with the recent rains more trash is entering the pond but is removed during monthly maintenance. .
