There is a neighborhood directly behind and the noise also reverberates down Fairfield into Jamestown neighborhood. This is a violation of the city noise ordinance. Inspection Performed - Close SR. INVESTIGATED THE TABLE FOR OUTDOOR MUSIC VIOLATIONS. COMPLAINT CAME IN THROUGH 311. OBSERVED THE TABLE OPERATING WITHOUT AN OUTDOOR MUSIC PERMIT. LOCATION WAS ALREADY ENDING THE EVENT. TALKED TO MANAGER AND NOTIFIED THEM OF THE VIOLATION AND EXPECTATIONS. LOCATION ENDED MUSIC UPON REQUEST. PROVIDED INFORMATIONAL ITEMS FOR OBTAINING A PERMIT.
