TOOK DECIBEL READING WITH CITY-ISSUED EQUIPMENT FROM THE PROPERTY LINE WITH MANAGER PRESENT. LOCATION WAS WITHIN DECIBEL RANGE. REMINDED MANAGER OF CUTOFF TIME AT 12 AM. NO SOUND VIOLATIONS WERE OBSERVED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION.
