No Work Planned - No Problem Found - Close SR. Summary: PIDS inspection 6/17/26
Details: New ponds have not been digitized into our system yet. Visited pond and spoke to property manager. He stated water is from ground water pump coming from parking garage. After reviewing plans it was determined that this is true and ponds/pump system are working as designed. I will inform property manager they should get a site plan correction so they can install a grate where the garage driveway meets the street to help with the water/algae problem. No violations observed. .
