- Moving truck hired by 12513 palfrey drive, 78727, left oil spills near drain that leads to creek yesterday. The spills are on either side of my driveway (12515 palfrey). I called the watershed pollution hotline a while ago but found a picture of the Allied Van Lines truck on my camera.
