- Neglectful landlord 4431A on Hank Avenue and Redd st continues to avoid cutting the walkway around his units. I complained yesterday and he laughed me off as a joke. He’s extremely rude and lazy. Can someone please give him a citation or a fee so that he’s forced to trim the hedges so we can walk on the sidewalk, please.
