Description

loud music at The Flower Shop. They get louder and louder as it gets later in the night and goes past 2am. This place does not have the proper zoning for bar use. It is also sometimes past capacity on the upper deck. Uber drivers and driverless vehicles block the entrance off 7th and Lydia, very dangerous and hard to get in and out of neighborhood
