- Recurring situation involving a dog in my condominium community. The owner repeatedly lets the dog outside at night when coyotes are present in the area. I have video evidence showing the dog being intentionally released toward or to interact with coyotes. This raises concerns for the safety of the dog, nearby residents, and local wildlife. The incidents also result in excessive barking and recurring nighttime disturbances. I would appreciate if Animal Control could contact him.
