Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Vehicle detection at this signal is damaged and is now on a list to be repaired. While detection remains damaged, each direction will receive a default amount of green time even if no vehicles are present. Once vehicle detection is repaired, the signal will resume its normal operations. Continuing to monitor signal operations.
