- Austin Water completed work performed in the Angus Valley neighborhood in a substandard way at best. Holes are already aspiring to eventually become giant sinkholes (like at this location). Pictures show what we can see across the neighborhood. Don’t know who to blame: the workers or the “supervisors” of this project. The existing concrete curve was “creatively” replaced with an “asphalt curve”
