Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Monitored traffic via intersection live camera feed. Monitored the traffic signal timing historical and live signal timing for the time reported. Railroad preempt. Monitored intersection through live graphics and historical timing values, and verified that detection was working at the intersection. The traffic signal is working correctly and according to plan.
