- Uneven, high risk trip and fall surface . Today a participant in a city program tripped and fell on this uneven concrete slab. She twisted her ankle and was in pain. Participant reported that years ago her elderly mom also tripped and fell in the same spot. Our high school intern also tripped on the same spot this week. The incidents happened at the Zilker Park Playscape Shelter.
