- this house persistently leaves full garbage bins in sidewalk and bike lanes for days on end, obstructing use of sidewalk. I moved the bins somewhat to clear up use of the sidewalk. This house does this all the time, and never sucks it up and keeps the bins on their driveway/property where it belongs.
