- Description
- If the initial green arrow turning from Manor left onto Loyola is missed, there is no longer a flashing yellow arrow that comes up and you wait an entire light cycle before you can turn. It was not like this previously. Many times you are sitting with no traffic just waiting to be able to turn (even when traffic your direction is green and moving).
