- I am submitting additional photos and video showing several nursing puppies confined in a metal shopping cart, piled on top of one another with little room to move. The woman struck the shopping cart with a notebook while the puppies were inside. I am concerned for the welfare of both the puppies and their mother due to the extreme outdoor heat and ongoing conditions.Please link this evidence to Case Number 261731427.
