Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. The vehicle detection for the intersection has been broken and in repair. Due to no current vehicle detection at the intersection, all approaches have been programmed to come up for their full time. The vehicle detection maintenance team is working on restoring vehicle detection devices for the intersection.
