Construction Concerns in Right of Way

Area Inspected - Issue Resolved - Close SR. Inspector performed an onsite inspection and concluded that the dumpster is still impacting the city right-of-way and blocking the sidewalk. Inspector has sent Dumpster Dogs and notice of violation for storing the dumpster in the right-of-way without a permit. The inspector has also called Dumpster Dogs with a request to have the dumpster removed by the end of the day. The inspector will patrol the area for the next couple of days till the dumpster has been removed. Issue resolved, CSR can be closed.
