- After a train crosses and fully clears North Lamar Boulevard, the traffic signal at this intersection fails to resume normal operation. The left-turn signal from Justin Lane onto North Lamar gets stuck on red, and all other directions also show red simultaneously, bringing all traffic to a complete stop. This condition lasts approximately 20 minutes before the signal returns to normal cycling.
