Contact Made - Close SR. Job#40583 - - - The caller reported a cat that is INJ with a non-critical or life-threatening INJ. She began by complaining that no one had contacted her about her closed day report. She began demanding that I pick the cat up immediately. I continued to ED on making an appointment with intake. She did become more aggressive/irate when I suggested making another report in the morning. The call escalated with her cussing & calling me lazy. I told her to refrain from being rude or cussing, or I would end the call. She did not, so I ended the call. - TLH - Made Contact.
