Vegetation Maintenance - Close SR. Summary: Pond Flag 666
Details: *Pond Flag 666: *This pond is on our Wildflower Meadow Program and, as such, has a reduced maintenance schedule of twice per year: February and August. This allows the wildflowers to grow, bloom and go to seed for next years blooms. I know we had a lot of rain this Spring and it's caused an abundance of growth in the grasses that are likely overtaking the wildflowers. Plus the wildflowers are naturally fading and going to seed right now. It's a scraggly time of year and "unsightly" to some; however, August is not too far away so, I'm asking your patience for just a little longer.
I will let the contractor know about your service request and they will hopefully be able to prioritize this pond in their schedule for August. .
