Contacted - Provided Information - Close SR. I reached out to the caller and asked what type of Plan review, and he stated it was for a Residential Plan Review. The issue was also not an ABC portal issue, but an issue with the address that was showing on the Plan Review. I provided contact information for the Residential Plan Review team for the caller to get the issue resolved.
