Refer to APD - Close SR. Complaint received for Naya Restaurant - conducted inspection and observed nothing other than ambient low level music at that location. However, extremely loud indoor amplified music was noted at 719 W 6th from the ground floor bar. Please refer to APD for follow up and investigation.

Description
Amplified music from NAYA is clearly audible inside my residence at Austin City Lofts with my doors and windows closed. The music can also be heard at a significantly higher volume from my balcony. I have video recordings from both inside my bedroom and from my balcony documenting the noise. The amplified music has continued late into the evening and is interfering with my ability to enjoy and sleep in my home. I am requesting that this complaint be investigated while the music is ongoing.
