Inspection Performed - Close SR. Received complaint for 8504 South Congress Ave. (The Far Out Lounge and Stage) for loud amplified music. Went to venue, conducted inspection and took measurements with city-issued equipment. At designated location, Venue operating within permitted limits. Went to nearby Cala Apartments at 211 Ralph Ablenedo Dr. and took sound readings at the east interior property lines. Observed levels on property consistent with ambient street noise. No violations and no remarkable amplified sound noted. Complainant indicated Far Out Lounge was exceeding decibel limits, however no information to substantiate that was provided in the complaint. Will follow up if possible. Close SR.
