Contact Made - Close SR. Job#41992 - - I MC with both EC locations, but they both claimed they did not turn away this caller. The caller stated she was turned away by the south EC as they found the dog out of jurisdiction. While speaking with the caller, she mentioned she was at AAS attempting an intake. I overheard an employee (Jesse) directing her to an area to speak with them. The caller said that they were going to attempt to assist with an intake & see what they can do regarding out-of-jurisdiction. The caller called me back & was upset as they were turned away from AAS. I politely let her know that I was unable to help if our partners & AAS could not. I suggested she reach out to Bastrop resources, but she was unhappy with my advice. - TLH - Made Contact.
