- Okay the developer next door Josh Campbell (604-754-7802) with Howdy Homes has planted trees very close to the property line (11 oak trees!). They are also right next to the sewer clean out. Two trees are directly under an oak at the property next door. This is a ridiculous placement. Please contact the developer or me next door.
