- Loud bass, drums, AND band playing in the area of rainey house half step and Lucille. I mean… this is just insanity. My apartment is shaking on the 40th floor. No way this is within decibel range. Absolutely no way. Why are you only reactive about this stuff? Pls implement pro activity. I’m sick of these bars not complying.
