- Traffic signal flashing again this morning. Please contact me and let me know why this is repeatedly occurring- second time this week and has been occurring frequently over the last few weeks/months. Very dangerous with cyclists, pedestrians, vehicles all trying to navigate a very busy and confusing intersection.
