Inspection Performed - Close SR. INVESTIGATED LOCATION FOR LOUD OUTDOOR MUSIC. VENUE HAS A VALID OMV PERMIT. SOUND LEVELS WITHIN LIMITS AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION. NOTIFIED MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPLAINT AND THEY MADE FURTHER ADJUSTMENTS.
