Description: Requestin removal of a dead, decaying pecan tree on the curb that has become a severe public safety hazard. The tree died entirely after its trunk was heavily cut back for overhead electrical work. Now, large limbs are actively snapping off during windy days, posing an imminent danger to pedestrians, parked vehicles, and the neighborhood. Because this liability stems directly from utility maintenance, I am requesting the city remove the tree entirely before it causes property damage or injury.
