- Palm tree on the west curb of Tillery Street just south of the E. 7th Street bridge is making it difficult for Cap Metro bus drivers to view traffic traveling southbound on Tillery Street when exiting the Cap Metro parking lot exit. The Cap Metro parking lot exit is located on the west curb of Tillery Street, approximately 63 feet south of the 7th bridge. The palm tree is also hanging low enough that vehicles can and will strike the fronds.
