- Along the sidewalk on South 1st Street, immediately north of Bramble Drive, vines are obstructing the sidewalk making this section of sidewalk essentially unusable. it's not a long section, maybe about 30 feet of sidealk that is onstructed by the vines. Can they be cut back?
