Description

Hundreds Razor blades dumped on sidewalk mainly in front of bus stop but all some on sidewalk going north toward 4th. Trash bin has also been turned over . Public safety concern as the blades especially will spread & could end up in grass posing a risk to anyone including children & animals walking by
