- Hearn St is a 2 way road and that has become impossible now that cars are parking on both sides of the road. Unsafe for people crossing the road as they can’t see incoming traffic and unsafe for drivers because 2 cars do not fit between the parked cars and traffic backs up to lake Austin blvd. Goodwill needs there adequate parking or 1 side of the road has be be a no parking fire line. And Emergency service vehicle could not get through as the situation stands.
