- 1406 Arcadia slated for demolition, but the yard hasn’t been maintained. The grass is 12” high and they’ve dug a hole to access water (maybe) but that’s allowed dirt to cross the sidewalk. They’re not keeping up with the fallen tree limbs (I moved one from the street, so did the fire dept).
