Traffic Signal - Modification

Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Observed for several cycles via timing values and historical intersection timing reports. Existing indications are federally compliant with Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. Arrow indications emphasize Diverging Diamond Interchange travel path. No issues with existing intersection design. Intersection cycling as expected. Will continue to monitor operations.
