Refer to APD - Close SR. Received complaint for loud outdoor amplified music at or near 4th and Congress. Went to location and inspected nearby open venues. Discovered origin of the sound was a street musician on the northeast corner of 5th and congress operating a large amplification system and playing guitar music on the ROW. This issue would be addressed by the Austin police Department. Please refer to that agency for follow up.
