Utility Cut Repair

Description: I came back from out of town to find your crews dug a deep hole in my backyard, severed my irrigation system, and have left a gas line laying there. I did not give permission to enter my gate. Further note all the trash they left in my yard! Unacceptable. What is the plan for restoring??
