- I have had no water service at this address since approximately 12:45 pm today August 3rd 2026. I called Austin Water Dispatch at 512-972-1000 and was told there is an emergency shutoff on my street. This is the first I heard of it. nothing was posted I had to discover the outage by turning on a faucet and then make a phone call to Austin water no explanation no fix eta. This is unacceptable.
