Description: At least 3 manhole coverings on Slayton and Carpenter are not securely in place and moving significantly. They. make tremendous noise when driven over them, and this happens all night long across multiple manholes. This street was just “refinished” but the result is worse than before and the contractors did a sloppy job on the fittings of the manhole coverings.
