- Abandoned vehicle. Has been parked on street for more than a year. Owner moved 2 months ago and left vehicle behind. Although it does not show appearance of being disabled per Texas Transportation Code 545.305 a vehicle can be towed if unattended and has been abandoned for longer than 48 hours.
