Traffic Signal - Maintenance

Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Observed for several cycles via timing values and historical intersection timing reports. Intersection was temporarily in emergency vehicle preemption; this signal operation is to support emergency vehicle mobility across the city. While in preemption, signal may cycle outside of standard operation in order to service vehicle. This can result in phases short cycling, being temporarily suspended or not serviced to accommodate the emergency vehicle. Once vehicle was through the intersection, intersection resumed normal operations. This process may incur additional delay while the signal returns to coordination. Intersection is now cycling as expected. Will continue to monitor operations.
