Description
There is a free-roaming cat repeatedly coming onto my property. It appears visibly ill, with significant crusting/discharge around its eyes and nose. It was under my dog's outdoor bed this morning and had an encounter with my dog before escaping into a tree. I am concerned it needs medical attention and want to prevent further animal-to-animal contact
