Description: This concrete slab on the side walk of the Avery Ranch boulevard right after the Double Eagle intersection on the Creek Side entrance, walking towards ParkSide, exactly 48th concrete slab. I have reported this few times but unfortunately it has NOT been fixed claiming there is no issue. Multiple ppl have been injured tripping over this.
