Description
The neighbor has a long-standing pattern of letting her dog off leash. The dog is aggressive. She (dog) has charged me twice and at least two other people, including one tonight. I have spoken with the neighbor many times and have submitted 311 reports before, too. It doesn’t work if what happens is Animal Control drives by later. I would like someone in Animal Control to email or call me.
