- Concern regarding animals in Apt. 4208. I repeatedly hear a dog yelping, sometimes accompanied by sounds resembling stomping or running. I have documented incidents on 6/16 (stomping and dog yelping 3x), 6/26 (dog yelping 2x), 8/4 (dog yelping and running sounds), and 8/12 (possible cat meowing, followed by running/chasing sounds and dog yelping). These are only some incidents. I hear similar sounds frequently. I am concerned for the animals’ welfare and request a welfare check.
