Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Confirmed working detection. Eastbound/westbound traffic at Barton Skyway is allocated a minimum of 27 seconds during daytime hours. Recently this signal has been going into flash and numerous components have been replaced. Also, it is possible (not knowing when this concern was witnessed), that a preempt was activated for an emergency vehicle causing delays for the side street.
